About Me
At times, our lives and relationships become difficult, or perhaps we feel unhappy and we don’t know why.
Speaking to a counsellor offers a space in which to discuss difficult thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential and welcoming environment.
I have been practising since 2011 where I first worked with clients at Cruse Bereavement Support. Later, I joined the Oxford Counselling Centre at which I supported clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of presenting problems, before working privately from 2018. I have lead counselling and support services in private healthcare and charity settings. I am an accredited member of the BACP and BABCP, hold an MSc Counselling and PGD in High Intensity CBT.
I can offer counselling in person, via telephone or video. If you would like to get in touch for an initial consultation, you are welcome to contact me via the enquiry form or social media links below and we can arrange a convenient time to speak.
